Theremin-tastic: album packaging as an instrument!
As the value of recorded music continues to fall artists continue to innovate and find amazing new ways to package and distribute their music. Going beyond the tried and test box set route, Moldover has come up with this rather cool circuit board packaging. It even plays sound and acts as a Theremin using integrated light-sensors. I don't even know what the music's like but I still want one :) Wanna see more stuff like this built at one of the upcoming Music Hack Days (details of which are coming soon).
This definitely needs to get added to Wired's 10 Weird Ways to Distribute Music post
